Pulmonary Fibrosis

Pulmonary fibrosis occurs when lung tissue becomes damaged and scarred. This thickened, stiff tissue makes it more difficult for your lungs to work properly. As pulmonary fibrosis worsens, you become progressively more short of breath.

Osteoarthritis of the Knee and Hip

Osteoarthritis, commonly known as degenerative Arthritis of the Knee, is a condition in which the natural cushioning between joints (cartilage) wears away. When this happens, the bones of the joints rub more closely against one another with less of the shock-absorbing benefits of cartilage. The rubbing results in pain, swelling, stiffness, decreased ability to move and, sometimes, the formation of bone spurs.

Parkinson´s Disease

Parkinson's disease is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder and the most common movement disorder. It is characterized by progressive loss of muscle control, which leads to trembling of the limbs and head while at rest, stiffness, slowness, and impaired balance.

As symptoms worsen, it may become difficult to walk, talk, and complete simple tasks.

Emphysema

Is a long-term, progressive disease of the lungs, that primarily causes shortness of breath due to over-inflation of the alveoli (air sacs in the lung). 

In people with emphysema, the lung tissue involved in exchange of gases (oxygen and carbon dioxide) is impaired or destroyed.
